Procedure for Requesting Technical Documentation

Send the Information via Email

Send an email to [email protected] attaching:
  • A photograph of the equipment
  • Equipment model
  • Serial number
  • Name of the station or company
  • Address and country
  • Clear description of the detected problem
The more precise the technical description, the more efficient the support process will be.

Pay the Fee

Along with the confirmation of receipt of the information sent, the cost of the requested documentation will be provided, along with a link to make the payment.

Receipt of the Manual

Within 2 business days after payment confirmation, the requested Service Manual in PDF format will be sent by email.

Confidentiality of Information

Receipt of the Service Manual implies acceptance of maintaining the confidentiality of the supplied technical information.The documentation must be shared exclusively with the technician responsible for repairing the equipment and must not be publicly distributed.
