Power Supply
The unit features an internal switched-mode power supply, 110/240V 50/60Hz. The rear panel houses the power switch, the main fuse (1A), and the Interlock-type power cable connector (included with the console).
Grounding
UX24 is grounded through the power cable. Do not use adapters or cables that eliminate the ground pin. It is also recommended to connect the chassis ground terminal to the installation’s ground, using 4 mm or larger cable. The general electrical installation must have proper grounding. For reference, you can consult the FM grounding connection diagram.WARNING!Ensure the computer connected to UX24 via USB has proper grounding.
Inputs, Outputs and Ports
The rear panel concentrates all console connections. RJ45 connectors are used for all audio connections, except for headphone and control room speaker outputs. We also find Ethernet ports, USB port, connections for on-air lights (Tally Light) and GPIO control.See Inputs and Outputs Infographic (PDF).

- Use RJ45 connectors. Connect using SOL-M25/1XLRF cable (male RJ45 to female XLR, 2.5 meters). Shorter lengths are also available for connecting to XLR near the console.
The MICROPHONE female RJ45 inputs use the LEFT channel of the balanced connection. - 16 UNIDEX mono inputs that can be grouped into stereo pairs.
